—The Lagos State [LASG] COVID-19 Taskforce were reportedly attacked by Muslims at Agege while trying to make them comply with the social distancing rule.

— Nigerians want the Muslim cleric, the Imam to be arrested if they continue to flout Governmental instructions on public safety.

It is for our benefit to actually adhere to instructions coming from the government about our own safety.

The social distancing instructions by the Lagos State government is to ensure that the spread of COVID-19 is slowed down and the curve of infections is flattened.

However, the opposite was the case when the task force sent by the state government met a vehement resistance from the Muslims at the mosque at Agege Market side.
